摘  要:在拉拔减径工艺的初始阶段,装填于热敏电缆中的氧化物陶瓷热敏材料粉的体积将发生收缩,随后体积不再发生变化。对于不经过热处理的样品,理论分析和实验结果表明,体积收缩停止后,其每米电阻值不随尺寸变化而改变。由于安装等因素引起的芯线电极的位置偏差不会带来样品电阻较大的变化。对于经过热处理的样品,其电阻值在热处理前后及拉拔减径过程中都有较大的变化(可达几个数量级),变化规律较为紊乱。实验分析发现,热处理后的样品在芯线电极与热敏材料粉之间形成了一层界线分明的物质,这种物质主要是镍的氧化物。说明热处理过程中芯线电极与热敏材料粉发生了强烈的相互作用。On the initial step of the drawing process,the volume of the heat sensing materials filled in the thermistor cable is contracted,then almost doesn't change.After the contraction of the volume stops,the experimental results and analysis of theroy show that the resistances of unit length of the thermistor cables which are not heat treated don't vary with the sizes.The position deviation of the electrodes doesn't cause a large error of the resistance. If the thermistor cable is heat treated,great changes of the resistance take place during the heat treatment and drawing process.The law of the resistace change is complicated.It has been found that some new oxides are formed in the boundary between the heat sensing materials and the electrodes during the heat treatment.It is considered to be the reason for the great changes of the resistance.
