中美欧面临的挑战

摘　　要：由中欧论坛、欧盟亚洲研究所和美国大西洋理事会联合举办,中国社会科学院欧洲研究所承办的“中美欧:全球与战略问题的合作前景”国际研讨会于2006年9月22日-23日在北京召开。在全球化、地区治理、国际关系等领域多有建树的20多位中外著名专家学者,围绕“全球化背景下的新战略环境”、“中美欧面临的经济、政治和安全挑战”、“负责任的利益相关者”和“面向未来的共同规范与价值”等主题进行了深入的讨论,并重点探讨了中美欧三方未来战略合作的前景以及可能存在的问题。虽然中美欧三方学者在问题分析层面和观点表述上侧重点不同,是非判断或有偏重,但学者们一致认为,进行这样的对话十分有益,有助于加强中美欧在全球与战略合作问题上的沟通和理解。现将会上的主要观点择要刊出,以飨读者。Globalization is a general strategic environment that the world is facing today,yet,not all countries faces same identical problems and challenges.China,the United States and the European Union,do not share any common threats in the area of traditional security except for the non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction weapons,and to some extent,in the area of non-traditional security,such as terrorism.Economic security is an important issue for China in its further development in the coming decades,whereas the US and the EU enjoy a stable situation.There are some other issues that need to be tackled by the joint efforts of the three sides.
