摘　　要：介绍了木结构建筑的发展历史,现代木结构材料、结构及其在中国的发展趋势,并对新型框架结构房屋初步设计和建造过程进行了描述。结果表明:以建造30m2框架式木结构建筑为例,其建造成本在6万元左右。该房屋不仅建造方便快捷,而且可以多次拆装,安全环保,适合于别墅建筑、旅游景点和建筑工地等场所。This paper introduces the history of wooden architecture, modern wood material, structure and its development trend in China, describing the preliminary design and construction process of the new framework house. The results shows that the construction of 30 square meters wood frame construction as an example, the construction cost is around 60,000, this house constructs conveniently, and can disassemble and assemble many times, it is security environmental protection and suits to place villa construction, scenic site and building work site and so on.
