摘  要:在通用仪器的基础上自行设计和组装了一种微机控制的毫秒(ms)级植物叶绿素a荧光动力学仪器,设计了相应的数据采集和分析软件.该仪器具有功能强、适应性好、操作简便等特点,适用于一般植物生理、生态和农业光合作用研究,具有推广价值.A computer-controlled millisecond-level plant chlorophyl a fluorometer and its data acquisition and analysis software are described. The fluorometer is composed of an exciting light source, an electronic shutter, an amplifier, an A/D converter and a microcomputer. Its software is written by assembly and BASIC languages. The fluorescence kinetic curves and data are normalized by their own Fo.thus the errors can be considerably reduced. The precise determination of Fo and Fi based on the least square method is discussed. Examples of changes of fluorescence kinetics induced by DCMU, DMQ, heating or freezing treatment are presented. The fluorometer can be used for studying plant physiology , plant ecology and photosynthetic mechanism.
