浙江省体育法制建设的现状分析与发展对策研究

摘　　要：体育法制建设是目前体育事业发展中的重要问题之一。通过文献资料调研,研究了浙江省体育法制建设的现状。研究结果表明:浙江省体育法制建设还处于起步阶段,法规还不够完善健全。为了更好地促进浙江省体育的发展,对体育法制建设提出了若干发展对策。Sport legal system construction is one of the important issues in current sport business development. Through using the method of literature investigation, this paper studied the present situation of sport legal system construction in Zhejiang province. The result showed that the sport legal system construction was in its infant phase in Zhejiang province and the regulation was imperfect. In order to better promote the development of sports in Zhejiang province ,some developing countermeasures were put forwarded.
