摘　　要：目的探讨慢性心力衰竭患者抑郁的相关因素,提出相应的护理措施。方法用Zung自评抑郁量表(SDS)、自行设计抑郁相关因素问卷表,对212例慢性心力衰竭患者抑郁状况的相关因素进行调查分析。结果212例中91例有抑郁,发生率42.9%,产生抑郁的相关因素与患者的经济状况、生活自理程度、支持系统及对疾病知识缺乏、性格等相关。结论慢性心力衰竭患者抑郁的发生与多种因素有关,护理人员要关心患者;加强健康教育;争取家庭、社会大力支持,尽可能减轻或消除患者抑郁情绪,提高其生活质量。Objective To observe the related factors of chronic heart failure （CHF） patients＇ depression statues and take the corresponding nursing interventions.Methods 212 CHF patients were investigated by Selfrating Depression Scale（SlY）and selfdesigned questionnaire of related factors of depression,and the data were analyzed. Results 91 patients suffered from depression the incidence is 42.9%. The related factors includes patients＇ economic condition, the level of self-dependence, support system, a lack of knowledge and characters. Conelluions There are various factors influencing the incidence of depression in CHF patients.A good relationship between nurses and patients should be formed. Enhancing health education, trying for a strong support from families and society, reducing patients＇economic burden will have a good effect. Nurses should also pay attention to patients＇mood, release or remove their depression and improve their life qualities.
