摘 要:文章主要研究了NaC l对几种常见菌的抑制作用,设计了梯度平板实验和肉汤增值实验。梯度平板实验表明:很低的NaC l浓度就能抑制假丝酵母和乳酸杆菌生长;NaC l溶液浓度大约在5%以下对大肠杆菌具有抑制作用;浓度大约为8.5%的NaC l溶液对金黄色葡萄球菌具有抑制作用。肉汤增值实验表明:浓度4%的NaC l溶液对大肠杆菌具有抑制作用,浓度1.5%的NaC l溶液对乳酸杆菌和假丝酵母具有明显抑制杀灭作用,浓度7.5%的NaC l溶液对枯草芽孢杆菌具有抑制作用,浓度10%的NaC l溶液对金黄色葡萄球菌具有抑制作用。实验结果为NaC l抑菌作用提供了数据支持,所设计的实验方法为进一步开展NaC l杀菌抑菌作用的研究奠定了基础。The text mainly studied the inhibitory function of NaCl to a few common bacteria, designed the gradient flat panel experiment and broth increment experiment. The gradient flat panel experiment testified.The very low NaCl concentration can retard the C. albicans and lactobacillus to grow;below 5% concentration of NaCl the growth of E. coli. is retarded;About 8.5% concentration of NaCl have bacteriostasis on Staph. aureus. The broth increment experiment tesified:The concentration of NaCl to retard E. coli is 4%. It is obiously that the concentration of NaCl to strongly retard and kill lactobaciUus and C. albicans is 1.5%. The concentration of NaCl to retard Bac. subtillis is 7.5%. The concentration of NaCl to retard Staph. aureus is 10%. The result provides the data supporting for the bacteriostasis function of NaCl, and the designed experimental methods provide a base for the further research on the bacteriostasis function of NaCl.
