摘  要:采用半连续种子乳液聚合方法,在十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)/辛基苯基聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)复合乳化剂的作用下,合成了以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MM A)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(A ctyflon-G 04)为原料的水性核壳型结构的含氟丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液。并利用FT-IR、SEM-EDX、TEM、DSC等手段研究了乳液的稳定性、乳胶粒子的结构和形态,分析了氟单体含量和复合乳化剂含量对聚合物乳液性能及成膜性能的影响。The synthesis and characterization of a novel core-shell structure and water-borne fluorinated acrylic polymer was carried out in this paper by the semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization. Butyl acrylate (BA) served as the core, methyl methylacrylate (MMA) and methyl dodecafluorinacrylate (Actyflon-G0, C11H8O2F12) served as the shell of copolymer. The mixed emulsifier of sodium lauryl sulfate(SDS) and octyl-phenyl poly-oxyethylene(OP-10) was used in the ration of OP-10/ABS=2 : 1 in order to play the cooperation of the static exclusion and space block effect. Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FT-IR), Scanning electron microscopy coupled with energy (SEM-EDX), Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) as well as Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) were used for characterizing the morphology structure, particle size and the effect of fluorinated monomer content and emulsifier content to the :properties of coating. The results indicate that the copolymer presents a core-shell structure of 40 nm-50 nm in diameter. The polymer emulsion in 30% Actyflon-G04 content performs favorable filming characteristics.
