摘 要:对轿车用针刺地毯复合材料进行了高温力学性能研究,探讨了地毯材料结构与其高温力学性能间的关系。根据材料整体以及毯坯层拉伸曲线的分析结果表明,针刺地毯复合材料的极限强度随温度上升而减小,极限伸长随温度上升而增加。材料整体的性能是毯坯层和背胶层共同作用的结果,背胶层使材料的力学性能变得均匀,毯坯层的强度决定了材料整体的力学强度。不同温度条件下,毯坯层和背胶层对材料变形的影响权重不同。Mechanics performance of needle-punched-nonwoven automotive carpet under high temperature was studied experimentally. The relation between the material structure and its high temperature mechanics performance was discussed. Conclusions were drawn by the tensile curves of the whole composite and its needle-punched-nonwoven layer. The ultimate strength of the automotive carpet composite decreases with temperature increased, while its ultimate elongation increases. The overall mechanical performance is due to a corporate effect caused by its needlepunched-nonwoven layer and latex layer. The latex layer makes the overall mechanical perfor- mance become uniformity and the needle-punched-nonwoven layer has a decisive influence on the overall ultimate strength. Each layer has different contribution on the tensile deformation of the whole carpet composite under different high temperature.
