摘　　要：通过方案之间的两两比较,确定方案间的偏爱强度区间,借助于一致性检验和净偏爱强度,构造了一种交互式的群体多属性决策方法.该决策方法在经济规划、工业生产、交通运输、军事决策等诸多社会实际问题中均可有广泛的应用.This paper deals with the multi-attribute decision--making problem when each group member articulates his or her preferences about weights of utility and attribute incompletely. It constructs reference-strength-interval by pair wise dominance relationship between alternatives. Making using of consistency checking and group net preference-strength, this interactive algorithm establishes a group-order. The methods developed for the problem are widely used for dealing with social problems such as economic planning, industry process, transportation, and military decision, etc.
