摘  要:采用原位聚合法制备了聚乳酸-聚已内酯(PLA-PCL)/苎麻复合材料。研究了硅烷偶联剂(KH550)预处理、纤维含量以及成型工艺对PLA-PCL/苎麻复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,经KH550处理后,复合材料的力学性能有不同程度的提高,拉伸强度由49.84MPa到68.95MPa,弯曲强度由34.84MPa提高到65.06MPa,冲击强度由30.13 J/m^2提高到53.54 J/m^2;。在纤维的质量分数为45%,成型温度为170℃,复合材料具有最优性能;采用原位聚合法制备PLA-PCL/苎麻复合材料,复合材料的界面性能较好。PLA-PCL/ramie fabric composite was prepared by means of in-situ polymerization. The effects of the pretreatment of ramie fabric with silane coupling agent, the content of the fiber and molding conditions on the mechanical properties of PLA-PCL/ramie fabric laminate were studied. The results showed after the treatment by the coupling agent KH550, the mechanical properties of the composite were improved to a certain extent, among which tensile strength increased from 49.84 MPa to 68.95 MPa, bending strength increased from 34.84 MPa to 65.06 MPa, impact strength increased from 30.13 J/m^2 to 53.54 J/m^2 ; when the mass fraction of the fabric was 45 % and molded at 170 ℃, the mechanical properties of the composite were the best, and the composite prepared by means of in-situ polymerization had better interfacial property.
