摘　　要：分析了危险点预控的基本思想,其要点是超前控制的行为、系统化整合的思想和追求“零”危险的目标。讨论了危险点预控的涵义和实施思路。将危险点预控原理应用于供电企业安全管理中,研制了新的软件“危险点预控管理系统(DPFCMS)”。介绍了系统的总体结构以及用户系统管理、危险点管理、工作票编制、试题库管理、安全培训管理、违章记录管理和预警信息管理7个功能模块。该系统采用危险点动态管理模式,能够对危险点进行事前分析与事前控制。This paper analyzes the thought of the dangerous points forecast and control. The thought have three essentials： the behavior of ahead control, the thought of systematizing integrating, and the target of pursuing ＂zero＂ dangers. It is discussed that meaning and implement way of the dangerous points forecast and control. Applying the principle of the dangerous points forecast and control into the security management of the power supply enterprise, the new software is researched and manufactured ＂dangerous points forecast and control management system （DPFCMS）＂. Its total structure and seven function modules is introduced, that include the customer system management, the management of the dangerous points, the establishment of work ticket, the management of the test questions database, the management of the training in safe, the management of the record on illegal thing, and the management of the early-warning information. The system adopts the pattern of the dangerous points dynamic management so that can pre-analysis and pre-control to the dangerous points.
