摘　　要：目的观察动力加压髋螺钉（DHS）治疗股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析采用DHS治疗股骨转子间骨折38例临床资料。结果临床治疗38例，随访时间4～15个月，平均随访时间8个月，关节活动优良者86．8％，骨折愈合率100％，髋内翻1例。结论DHS内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折是一种稳定可靠的方法，有利于骨折愈合，减少并发症。Objective To observe the curative effect of intertrochanteric hip fracture treated with dynamic hip screw （DHS）. Methods Thirty eight cases with intertrochanteric hip fracture treated with DHS were retrospectively studied. Results The patients have been followed up for 4 to 15 months （mean 8 months）. Thirty three patients （86, 8%） had excellent or good hip function. Completely union was observed in all patients, One patient had coxa varus. Conclusion DHS contributes to union and has little complications, and is an effective internal fixation in the treatment of intertrochanteric hip fracture.
