摘  要:研究了新显色剂3-[(对羧基苯)偶氮]-6-[(5-羧基-1,3,4三氮唑)偶氮]-变色酸(CPCTZCA)的合成及与铜显色反应的条件。结果表明,在pH9.0的NH3-NH4Cl的缓冲溶液中,铜(II)与CPCTZCA形成配合比为1:2的稳定的蓝紫色配合物,其最大吸收波长在655nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.4×104(L.mol-1.cm-1),Cu2+质量分数在(0~20)μg/25mL范围内服从比尔定律。所拟方法可不经分离直接测定镁合金、铝合金标样中的微量铜,结果与认定值相符。The synthesis and the colour reaction of a new reagent (CPCTZCA) with Copper ( Ⅱ ) were studied. The results showed that the new reagent reacts with Copper( Ⅱ ) to form a stable blue purple complex( 1:2 by mole) in the medium of NH3-NH4Cl with pH 9.0. The apparent molar absorptivity was 1.4 × 10^4( L · mol^-1· cm ^-1), and maximum absorption wavelength was at 645 nm. Beer's law was obeyed in the range of ( 0 -20) μg/25mL for Cu^2+. The method had been used for the direct determination of copper in aluminum metal alloy and magnesium metal alloy. The results compare favourably witb the cerified valued.
