摘　　要：目的：改进扁桃体切除术剥离方法，减轻患者术后疼痛，减少术后出血。方法：于患者全麻状态下，置入张口器，用电刀沿扁桃体包膜切除扁桃体，观察术中及术后出血量、术后疼痛、术腔白膜生长情况。结果：术中术后均无大出血，出血量均＜20ml，腭弓、悬雍垂肿胀轻，伪膜于12～18h后萌出，术后12h后进半流质饮食。结论：电刀切除扁桃体术在施术中、后出血少，术时短，能有效减少患者痛苦，值得临床推广应用。Objective： To improve the method of dissection in tonsillectomy. Methods： Under general anesthesia, the mouth prop was put in, and the electrotome was used to remove the tonsil. The amout of bleeding, pains and the growth of toniea albuginea were observed. Results： The amount of bleeding was lower than 20 ml. The palatal arch and the uvula were swelled little. Pseudomembrane sprouted 12 to 18 hours later. Conclusion： Tonsillectomy with electrotome is worth using with advantages of few bleeding and short operation.
