摘  要:用光学显微镜、SEM、TEM、XRD、电化学、腐蚀磨损试验机等方法研究镍基合金C22和现用导电辊材料离心浇注镍基合金625的微观组织,以及其在硫酸锌溶液中的腐蚀和腐蚀磨损行为。导电辊实际工况的模拟实验证明镀液对导电辊的腐蚀和镀锌钢板对导电辊的腐蚀磨损破坏作用都非常轻微。By means of metallographic microscopy,SEM, X-ray diffractometry, TEM, electrochemical techniques and corrosive wear test, the microstructure, corrosion, and corrosive wear behavior of Ni-based alloy 625 used as conductor roll material in zinc sulfate solution was studied.Ni-based C22 alloy was also invesfigated for comparison. Under the simulated operative condition both alloys show very light damage caused by corrosion in the zinc sulfate solution and the corrosive wear against galvanized strip.
