摘　　要：探讨2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的肝内炎症发病机制与中医学毒损肝络致消渴病病机理论的相关性,阐明解毒通络调肝法可作为抑制2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗肝内炎症发病机制的有效方法之一。Correlation between the intrahepatic inflammatory pathogenesis and the TCM theory of liver collateral injury by toxins in patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） with insulin resistance （IR） was investigated, to elucidate that removing toxins, dredging collateral and modulating Gan could be one of the effective approaches for inhibiting intrahepatic inflammation mechanism of T2DM with IR.
