摘　　要：人类胚胎干细胞(hES细胞)对于疾病的治疗,尤其在器官移植和组织修复方面存在着广泛的应用前景。近来研究表明,虽然目前进行hES细胞的临床治疗为时尚早,但已获得令人瞩目的效果。本文就hES细胞在疾病治疗方面的进展以及存在的问题作一综述。The application of human embryonic stem cell （ hES cell ） contributes a lot to the disease treatment, and shows a great potentiality especially in organ transplantation and tissue engineering. Although hES cell therapy has not reached clinical application, some newly achieved results are encouraging. This review mainly presents results recently published in applying hES cell for disease treatment.
