摘 要:用自制的海水有色可溶性有机物(CDOM)干粉配制不同质量浓度的水溶液,研究其对三维荧光光谱(EEMS)和同步荧光光谱(SFS)的影响。结果表明:当CDOM质量浓度ρ≥62.5 mg/L时,其EEMS均为单一峰,随着质量浓度降低,激发和发射波长向短波长方向移动,这种波长移动变化与质量浓度的变化呈良好的线性相关关系;当ρ≤52.5 mg/L时,其三维荧光光谱显示3个峰。质量浓度在此范围内变化时,EEMS谱形基本不变。不同质量浓度CDOM水溶液的SFS显示,当质量浓度ρ≥150 mg/L时,随着质量浓度降低,激发和发射波长也向短波长方向移动,其谱形也发生变化;当ρ<150 mg/L时,激发和发射波长不发生漂移,谱形不变,荧光强度随质量浓度降低而降低。一定范围内CDOM质量浓度的变化会影响EEMS和SFS的谱形,从而影响EEMS和SFS法定性判定水体CDOM质量浓度的准确性。用EEMS和SFS法定性不同水体中的CDOM要考虑质量浓度的影响。Chromophoric dissolved organic matter (CDOM) solutions at different concentrations were prepared to study the effects of CDOM concentration on excitation emission matrix spectrum (EEMS) and synchronous fluorescence spectrum (SFS). It is shown from the study results that when the CDOM concentration ρ≥62.5 mg/L, there was only a peak in the EEMS spectrograms, the excitation and emission wavelengths moved blue with decreasing CDOM concentration, and the move in wavelength and the change in CDOM concentration were well correlated; when ρ≤52.5 mg/L, there were 3 peaks in the EEMS spectrograms, and the EEMS spectral shapes were basically invariant when the CDOM concentration changed. When the CDOM concentration ρ≥150 mg/L, the excitation and emission wavelengths in the SFS spectrograms moved blue with decreasing CDOM concentration, and the SFS spectral shapes also changed; when ρ〈150 mg/L, the excitation and smission wavelegths in the SFS spectrograms didn't move, and the SFS spectral shapes were invariant, but the fluorescence intensity decreased with decreasing CDOM concentration. The changes in CDOM concentration in certain concentration range will affect the EEMS and SFS spectral shapes so as to affect the correctness of determining CDOM concentration using EEMS and SFS methods, so the effects of CDOM concentration should be taken into consideration in qualitatively determining the CDOM concentration in different waters by using EEMS and SFS methods.
