摘 要:对厚度为8mm的退火9Cr—1Mo钢炉管进行了冷裂纹、再热裂纹敏感性的试验研究,认为该钢焊接时的t8/5不小于13s时,可以不预热焊接,并给出了其他情况下选择预热温度的图表。进行了回火参数对该钢模拟粗晶区韧性及硬度的试验,并用阶梯冷却法及加(无)载短时等温时效试验考察了入选回火参数对高温时效性能的影响,结果表明该钢焊后宜进行740~780℃、至少保温2h的SR退火处理。最后用上述焊接条件进行了实际炉焊焊接接头试验,取得了满意的结果。The sensitivities of cold crack and SRC of boiler tube of 9Cr-1Mo steel with 8mm thickness which was annealed are studied. This steel can be welding without preheating as t8/5 of the steel is less than 13s. A few of figures and tables for choosing preheat temperatures in other conditions are drawn. The toughness and hardness of simulating coarse grain zone are tested with various temper parameters. The effect of temper parameters being chosen on the aging property of high temperature is determined using ladder cooling and short time isothermal aging tests with load and non-load. The results express that the steel should be carried through SR treatment of 740℃ to 780℃ with keeping not less than 2 hours, and a satisfactory welded joint can be made with above parameters for. boiler tube welding.
