摘　　要：在Φ１００ｍｍ自动轧管机组无张力减径过程中，测定了钢管管壁增厚值。测定数据表明：在生产条件下，采用△Ｓ＝０．００４４△Ｄ·Ｓｃ计算增厚值合理可行；而对于Ｓｃ＜１０ｍｍ和１５ｍｍ＞Ｓｃ≥１０ｍｍ的减径管，应对计算增厚值作适当修正。Steel tube W. T.increment was measured during the operation of non-stretch reducing mill on the Φ100mm plug pipe-rolling line.The resultant data show that under normal operation conditions,it is logical to calculate the gauge increment with equation:△S=0.0044△D. Sc,and that in case of pipe-reducing with Sc<10mm and 15mm>Sc≥10mm,proper correction should be made to the calculated W.T. increment.
