心虚证的客观化研究进展

摘　　要：中医理论认为,心为“君主之官”,具有“主血脉”和“主神明”的生理功能,故心之阴阳气血失调是心脏病变的基础。近年来,医学工作者运用祖国医学理论与现代医学的高科技手段,针对心虚证各种证型的特异性及其发病机理进行了较为深入的基础和临床研究,并取得了明显的成果,为中医辨证论治提供了客观依据。但心虚证的客观化研究仍然存在着一定的问题,需要从不同角度不同层次进行探讨。Traditional chinese medicine holds the heart is the king organ, the heart has the function of ＂controlling the blood vessels＂ and ＂governing the mind＂ ,therefore,the imbalance between Yin, Yang, Qi and blood is the heart pathological change foundation. In recent years, medicine researchers unilizod the motherland medicine theory and the high tech methods of modem medicine, have carried on a more thorough basic and clinical research on the specificity of each kind of this syndrome and pathogenesis, and have yielded obvious result ,provided a objective basis for Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment. But objective research on the heart deficiency syndrome still has certain probhm,which needs us to carry on discussion from different fidds and different levels.
