慢性肾功能衰竭常见证候与证候要素的现代文献分析比较

摘　　要：目的:通过对11年来有关治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的中医文献资料的回顾性研究,分析出慢性肾功能衰竭的常见证候、证候要素以及它们的分布规律。方法:将符合选择标准的文献录入到Ep iData数据库,转化为SPSS 12.0数据库后,统计证候及证候要素出现的频次、百分比。结果:脾肾阳虚证、肝肾阴虚证、气阴两虚证、阴阳两虚证、脾肾气虚证、湿热证是文献中出现频次前6位的证候;肾、脾、肝是文献中出现频数前3位的病位类证候要素;湿、阴虚、阳虚是文献中出现频数前3位的病机、病性类证候要素。结论:证候要素更能简洁、灵活地反应疾病本质。Objective： To analyze the syndrome, the elements of syndrome and their distribution rule through the Chinese medicine literature treating chronic renal failure in about 11 years. Methods： Saleet qualified magazines and record its syndrome and the dements of syndrome into the EpiData database which was then transformed into Spss database. Compute frequency and percentage of syndrome and the dements of syndrome. Results ： Syndrome of yang deficiency of both the spleen and kidney, Yin deficiency of both the liver and kidney,defieieney of both Qi and Yin,deficiency of both Yin and Yang,Qi deficiency of both the spleen and kidney and damp-heat syndrome are the former six syndrome, kidney, spleen and liver are the former three elements of syndrome of syndrome of disease nature and pathological mechanism. Conclusion： The elements of syndrome can reflect the essnce of diseases concisely and neatly.
