针刺肝胆经穴对糖尿病大鼠糖代谢的影响与机理研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨胰腺与肝胆经脉的关系,提高针灸治疗糖尿病疗效。方法:采用2%链脲佐菌素(STZ)复制糖尿病模型,针刺肝胆经原、合穴,观察其降糖作用,及对丙酮酸激酶(PK)活性、肝糖元(hepatic glycogen)含量的调节作用,并与传统的“三焦”治法相比较(各经均取原、合穴)。结果:肝胆经组降糖作用最好,优于上焦经组(P<0.0001);优于下焦组(P<0.001);与中焦组相比差异无显著意义(P>0.05);并使丙酮酸激酶活性、肝糖元含量最接近正常对照组。结论:胰腺与肝胆经脉关系密切。因此,针灸治疗糖尿病等胰腺疾患,可首选肝胆经脉,其中原、合穴可为主穴。Objective：To study the relationship between pancreas and Liver-Gallbladder meridian and improve the therapy effect of acupuncture on diabetes. Methods： Rats experimental diabetes were induced by 2% STZ and acupunctured at the Yuan and He points of Liver-Gallbladder meridian. The contents of blood glucose and HG and activity effect of PK were B observed, then compared the effects with the traditional triple energizer treatment（ select Yuan and He point of each meridian）. Results：The effect of BG decreasing in the group of acupuncture Liver-Gallbladder meridian is better than the group of upper energizer and low energizer. Conclusion ：The effect of decreasing BG by acupuncturing the Yuan and He point of Liver-Gallbladder meridian is beneficial on diabetes rats. It is dedicated that there is a close relationship between pancreas and Liver-Gallbladder meridian, acupuncture the points of the two meridian can adjust the function of pancreas.
