乳增宁贴膏外贴治疗乳腺增生病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察乳增宁贴膏外贴治疗乳腺增生病的临床疗效。方法:将所选乳腺增生病病例随机分为乳增宁贴膏外贴治疗组30例和散结止痛膏外贴对照组30例。观察两组治疗前后乳房肿块大小及疼痛程度的变化,以及治疗前后患者黄体期性激素水平变化。结果:两组病例的年龄、病情轻重、病程等一般临床资料无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗1个疗程后,两组治疗后乳房疼痛、肿块硬度、肿块直径等临床症状明显改善,但治疗组临床症状改善更明显(P<0.01),肿块分布范围无明显改善。治疗组升高P值含量,降低E2、PRL值含量方面优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:乳增宁贴膏外贴治疗乳腺增生病具有较好疗效,其机理可能与改善乳房部血液循环,促进包块吸收和调节机体内分泌有关。Objective：To observe the curative effect of applying Ruzengning Ointment to treat Hyperplasia of Mammary Gland. Methods： In the clinical study, the patient were randomly divided into two group, 30 in the threatment group threated with Ru Zeng, 30 in the control group threated with Sanjiezhitong Piaster. Comparative analysis was made on the general clinical material, after three months （one period of threatment） ,observing the change of dimension of mass and change of breast pain and blood vessel and change of hormone level in the lucteal phase. Results： Occuring age ,course and the grade of the disease and other general clinical materials between two groups showed no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. Symptom, such as distending pain, hard mass, mass diamete improved obviously both in threatment group and control group, but statistical analysis demonstrated that threatment group was significantly superior to control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. There is no change in the range of mass. after threatment , comparing the two groups, the threatment group was superior to the control group at increasing F2and P, and lowing PRL（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Applying Ruzeng to threat hyperplasia of mammary gland is highly effective,its machanism is ralated with improving the circulation of mammary and assimilation of the lump , adjusting endocrine.
