摘　　要：基于网络的软件租用是网络厦软件使用方式发展的趋势之一，本文提出了一个新的软件租用模型并对该模型的特点进行了讨论，最后给出了一个具体的原形实现。Due to the fast development of the network, nowadays network-based software renting becomes one of the most popular trends in software usage. In this paper, a new software-renting model is provided as well as its characteristics. And the implementation of a prototype of this model is introduced at the end of the paper.
