摘　　要：目的建立鼻舒适片的质量标准。方法以防风、野菊花为对照药材进行薄层鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法进行含量测定。结果芍药苷的平均加样回收率为100.2%,RSD为0.53%,薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰,专属性强。结论结果准确,方法重复性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制指标。Objective To establish quality standard of Bishushi tablets. Methods With Fangfeng and Yejuhua as the control sample to distinct the thin layer and determine contents by HPLC. Results The average recovery of paeoniflorin is 100. 2% and RSD is 0.53%. Thin layer chromatograph spot is clear. The negative sample does not have the disturbance. Conclusion It is specificity and accurate,the method duplication is good and may be used for the quality control of this preparation.
