摘　　要：目的 建立高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定乙肝清热解毒胶囊中大黄素的含量。方法 色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱（4．6mm×l50mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇-0．2％磷酸溶液（75：25），流速为1mL·min^-1，检测波长为438nm。结果 大黄素在0．072～0．720μg范围内线性良好，回归方程：Y=0．9668X-0．0777，r=0．9997，平均回收率为97．13％，RSD为1．29％。结论 本方法简便，准确，重现性，可有效地控制该制剂的质量。Objective HPLC method was established for the determination of emodin in Yiganqingrejied capsules. Methods Kromasil C18 column （4.6 mm×150 mm, 5μm） was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-（0.2 % ）phosphoric acid solution（75 ： 25）. The flow rate was 1mL· min^-1. The detection wave length was at 438 nm. Results The calibration curve was in good linearity within the range of 0. 072～0. 720 btg with the regression equation of Y=0. 966 8X-0. 077 7（r=0. 999 7）. The average re- covery was 97.13% with RSD of 1.29%. Conclusion The method was simple, accurate, and suitable for the determination of emodin in Yiganqingrejiedu capsules.
