补肾柔肝法防治卵巢早衰患者骨质疏松症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾柔肝法防治卵巢早衰患者骨量丢失的作用机制。方法130例卵巢早衰患者随机分为3组,治疗组50例口服补肾柔肝中药妇复宁颗粒,草药组50例口服妇复宁草药煎剂,对照组30例口服迪巧。3组均6个月为1个疗程,于给药前后分别测定空腹尿钙与肌酐比值(Ca/Cr)、羟脯氨酸与肌酐比值(OHPr/Cr)以及血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、雌二醇(E2)、卵泡生成素(FSH)、降钙素(CT)的水平。结果妇复宁颗粒给药后空腹尿Ca/Cr、OHPr/Cr比值均明显下降(均P<0.05),血AKP水平无明显变化,CT、E2水平均显著升高(均P<0.05),FSH水平显著下降(P<0.05)。结论补肾柔肝法能抑制卵巢早衰患者的骨质吸收,故对卵巢早衰患者骨质疏松的早期防治有重要的临床意义。Objective To observe the Boshenrougan on prevention osteoporesis of patients with premature ovarian failure. Methods 130 cases with premature ovarian failure were divided into three groups. The patient in control group was treated with D-cal while the patient in treatment group was treated with Fufuning granule. The patient in Traditional Chinese herb group was treated with Fufuning Decoction. The therapeutic effect of three groups was evaluated through observation on ratio of Ca/Cr, OHPr/Cr and levels of AKP, E2, FSH and CT. Results Ca/Cr, OHPr/Cr and FSH of patients in treatment group and Traditional Chinese herb group obviously decreased compared with these in control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. CT and E2 of patients in treatment group and Traditional Chinese herb group obviously increased compared with those in control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Application of Bushenrougan can inhibit bone absorption of patients with premature ovarian failure, and prevent osteoporosis.
