参芪真武颗粒治疗心力衰竭临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察参芪真武颗粒治疗心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将150例心力衰竭患者随机分为2组，治疗组100例，采用参芪真武颗粒加强心、利尿、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂等西药；对照组50例，单用强心、利尿、血管紧张素转换酶抑制刑等西药。均连续用药2周-1个月，观察2组治疗前后综合疗效、临床症状和体征、心功能、心电图、电解质、肝肾功能变化及不良反应情况。结果治疗组显效率72％，总有效率95％；对照组显效率42％，总有效率84％，2组比较有均显著性差异（P〈0．05）。治疗组患者症状和体征显著改善，明显高于对照组。治疗组心电图、心功能明显改善，对电解质、肝肾功能无干扰，临床观察无明显毒副作用。结论参芪真武颗粒治疗心力衰竭疗效显著，无明显毒副作用。Objective To observe the effect of Shenqizhenwu Granule on the treatment of myocardial failure. Methods 150 patients with myocardial failure were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in treatment group （ n = 100） were treated by combination of Shenqizhenwu Granule and routine therapy. Patients in control group （ n = 50） were treated by only routine therapy. The therapeutic course was a month in both groups. Clinical symptoms, signs, heart function, ECG, electrolytes and changes of liver and kidney function were observed. Results The total effective rate and obvious effective rate in treatment group （95%, 72%） were higher than those in control group （84%, 42%, P 〈 0.05）. Improvement of symptoms, signs, heart function, ECG, electrolytes and changes of liver and kidney function in treatment group were superior to those in control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Combination of Shenqizhenwu Granule and routine therapy injection has a good effect on myocardial failure.
