摘  要:传统的三组合下井仪普遍存在设计复杂、不易维修、逻辑兼容性差和自然伽马统计起伏较大的问题。SZS-2000B/C三组合下井仪的设计采用了FLASH单片机技术和大规模厚膜混合功能模块,仪器的性能更为可靠,维修更为方便;在自然伽马的设计上采用50×200的NaI晶体,并且对自然伽马脉冲的计数采用脉冲填补技术,使其不会因为分时传输而丢失脉冲,减小了自然伽马曲线的统计起伏,提高了自然伽马的分层能力;为了方便仪器的预投产,仪器在设计时还充分考虑了不同仪器的兼容性。文章介绍了该组合下井仪的工作原理、单片机程序流程图以及关键问题的解决。There are many problems with the conventional Trio-Logger, such as complicated designs, difficult maintenance, bad compatibility, and large statistical fluctuations of GR. The flash single-chip and large-scale thick film module are applied to the design of Trio-Logger SZS-2000B/C, the tool performance is more reliable, and the maintenance is more convenient. The crystalloid NaI of 50×200 is applied to the design of GR. The quantity of GR impulses is expiated to avoid its lost as time sharing transmission, so the statistical fluctuations of GR are improved and the delamination of GR curve is obvious. The different logic form compatibity is considered adequately when in designing the Trio-Logger to be favorable to bring the Trio-Logger into production. This article introduces the principle of Trio-Logger SZS-2000B/C, program flow chart of the single-chip computer, solution of some key problems and so on.
