摘　　要：目的探讨血清LDH，HBDH及β2-MG在急性白血病患者中的敏感性。方法对94例急性白血病患者和50例健康体检人分别采用速率法及放免法测定血清LDH，HBDH，β2-MG水平，并进行了统计学分析。结果急性白血病患者血清LDH，HBDH和β2-MG的水平明显高于正常对照组P〈0.05，而且血清LDH，HBDH水平的阳性率明显高于血清β2-MG水平的阳性率。结论血清LDH，HBDH，β2-MG可作为急性白血病诊断的一个辅助指标，同时血清LDH、HBDH比血清β2-MG更敏感。Objective To discuss the sensitivity of serum LDH, HBDH and β2-MG in acute leukemia patients. Methods Serum LDH, HBDH and β2-MG in 94 cases of acute leukemia and 50 cases of healthy group were determined by speed-ratio method and radioimmunoassay technique and were statiscally analysed. Results The levels of serum LDH, HBDH, β2-MG of acute leukemia were higher than those of the control group. The positive rates of serum LDH, HBDH were higher than those of serum β2-MG. Conclusion Serum LDH, HBDH and β2-MG may be used as a complementary marker in the diagnosis of acute leukemia, and serum LDH, HBDH are more sensitive than serum β2-MG.
