摘　　要：21世纪初期我国人口增长率基本控制在6‰左右,有关专家预测我国人口总数的高峰将出现在2050年。可是本世纪初期我国学龄人口的不稳定变化,及由此引起的对教师需求量的影响不容忽视,师范生的就业问题又是困扰师范教育发展的首要问题。本文的工作就是以我国的学龄人口变化为依据,对师范教育的改革进行了探讨。Early 21st century, China＇s population growth rate of 6% in the basic control,the concerned expert predicted that the total population of our country will appear in 2050. However, early this century the instability changes of the school-age population of our country,and from this cause,it is not allowed to neglect to the influence of the teacher demand quantity. The question of normal university graduates＇ employment is the primary problem which troubles the normal education development. Based on the changes of the school - age population of our country, this article gave the discussion and practice of normal education reform.
