摘　　要：目的:总结腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术(laparoscop ic-assisted vaginal hysterectomy,LAVH)的经验。方法:对有子宫切除手术指征的50例患者采用LAVH术。结果:LAVH平均手术时间90m in,术中平均出血80m l,术后平均肛门排气时间30h,术中膀胱损伤1例。结论:LAVH术患者损伤小,腹部不留疤痕,术后恢复快,不增加出血量,是腹腔镜下子宫切除比较安全的手术方法。Objective ： To summarize the experience of laparoscopic-assisted vaginal hysterectomy （ LAVH ）. Methods ： 50 pa- tients who had hysterectomy signs underwent laparoscopic-assisted vaginal hysterectomy. Results： The average operative time was 90min. The mean intraoperative blood loss was 80ml. The average postoperative passage of gas by anus was 30h. Intraoperative bladder damage occurred in 1 case. Conclusions. Laparoscopic-assisted vaginal hysterectomy is proved to be save and effective, and has the advantages of quick recovery, no abnominal scar and less complications.
