摘　　要：沙排是一项技术要求全面的运动,战术内容丰富,对有运动员的心理素质要求也很高;同时沙排也需要良好的体能,优秀的身体素质,这样才能取得比赛的主动权。Beach volleyball is a type of sports game, which requires competitors with overall technique and rich tactics, demands high psychological quality, and it also need excellent physical quality, then competitors would gain initiative of beach volleyball contest.
