摘　　要：目的探讨自体心包片移植扩大主动脉口体外循环下行主动脉瓣置换术的手术配合。方法对采用自体心包片外加人造血管或涤纶片移植的18例主动脉瓣病变、主动脉口狭窄患者行主动脉口扩大主动脉瓣置换术术中的护理配合进行回顾性分析。结果18例患者手术过程顺利，术后均获得满意效果。术后无主动脉口狭窄，无漏血、血栓形成或动脉瘤样膨出。结论自体心包片移植具有取材方便、组织相容性好、抗感染力强、良好的柔顺性和机械强度大、表面光滑、不易发生血栓等优点，且易实施，愈合快，更符合生理状态，有推广应用价值。但术中良好的护理配合是手术成功的关键之一。Objective To explore the best method of nursing cooperation in aortic valve replacement surgery expanded with homograft of pericardiac patch using cardiopulmonary bypass. Methods 18 patients with diseases of aortic stenosis undergoing aortic valve replacement surgery expanded with homograft of pericardiac patch using cardiopulmonary bypass were selected and nursing methods during operation were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the operation were done successfully and there was no case with complication of blood leakage , thrombosis and aneurysm after operation. Conclusion Homograft of pericardiac patch has such advantages of better tissue - compliance, facileness, high anti - infection, well flexibility and mechanical degree and is not easy to cause thrombosis. Pericardiac patch is more near to physiological state and aortic valve replacement surgery expanded with homograft of pericardiac patch is deserved to be used widely. Good nursing cooperation plays a key role in success of such surgery.
