36例老年食管癌合并2型糖尿病患者放疗的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨和总结老年食管癌合并2型糖尿病患者放疗的护理。方法对接受放射治疗的36例老年食管癌合并2型糖尿病患者，在治疗期间密切观察病情，并做好相应的护理。结果通过心理、饮食、胰岛素的应用、放射性食管炎及放射野皮肤保护等方面的护理，提高了病人治疗有效率。结论通过精心的治疗和护理，可解决2型糖尿病和食管癌之间的矛盾，使病人顺利完成治疗，提高病人的生存质量。Objective To discuss and sum up the nursing methods for the old patients of esophagus carcinoma with 2 diabetes who accepted radiotherapy. Methods There were 36 old patients of esophagus carcinomas with 2 diabetes accepted radiotherapy. During treatment, we observed their responses and nursing carefully. Results with mental、 diets nursing、 using insulin、 curing radiated esophagusis and protecting akin ct al, all the patients completed treatment. Conclusion by elaborate treatment and nursing , we can resolve the contradiction between esophagus carcinoma and 2 diabetes , help them complete the treatment and enhance their life quality.
