宫颈癌患者广泛子宫切除术后尿潴留的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨预防宫颈癌患者广泛子宫切除＋盆腔淋巴结清扫术后尿潴留发生的护理措施。方法将行广泛子宫切除＋盆腔淋巴结清扫术后的宫颈癌患者70例随机分为试验组和对照组各35例，均保留尿管、定时放尿、膀胱冲洗，试验组加行缩肛运动和高锰酸钾坐浴。结果试验组与对照组比较，尿潴留的发生明显降低，差异有显著性（P〈0．001）。结论盆底肌肉训练及高锰酸钾坐浴，能有效减低尿潴留的发生，有利于宫颈癌患者术后的恢复。Objective To prevent urine retention after radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy operation. Methods The patients with cervical cancer were classified into experimental group and control group , both them were given to keep urinary canal, timing emiting uria, elysising bladder. At the same time , the experimental group was given to anastole anus and demibain with kalium hypermanganieum. Results Compared with the two groups, the urine retention difference was significant. Conclusion It can reduce urine retention after training pelvic muscle and demibain with kalium hypermanganicum and favor to recover for the patients with cervical cancer after operation.
