摘 要:目的调查分析糖尿病病人的心理需求,以便更好地进行健康教育。方法采用自行设计的问卷调查表,对278例糖屎病患者进行有关心理需求的调查,并进行统计学分析。结果在珠江三角洲地区的糖尿病患者对心身健康方面知识的需求最为重视,其次是疾病知识需求,再次是社会支持系统方面的需求。结论不同地区糖尿病患者心理需求不同,健康教育应当有自己的侧重点,开展健康教育前,了解并解决病人心理需求问题是取得健康教育最大效果的关键。Objective To investigate and analyze the diabetic psychological needs, so that a better healthy education can be achieved. Methods Self- designed and investigative research forms were adopted and systematically analyzed by types 278 diabetic psychological needs. Results The knowledge for psychological health of the diabetics in Zhujiang delta is needed in the first place. Secondly is the knowledge for diabetes itself. Thirdly is the social support to the system. Conclusion Diabetics in different areas have different psychological demands, the principal point of healthy education should be carried out according to the situation. Before giving healthy education, knowing the diabetic psychological needs and solving the problems is the key to acquire the maximum effect in healthy education.
