溶剂法在有色和有髓羊毛纤维检验中的应用

摘　　要：文章主要研究了白色羊毛中有色和有髓纤维含量的检验方法。该方法应用光学基本原理,采用与白色羊毛纤维相近折射率的化学溶剂浸润纤维,通过简易设备如具有可调节的双重光源、白色与黑色底板和适宜的放大镜等即可检测。当一定波长(频率)的可见光照射羊毛纤维后,改变了原来透射光的吸收与反射,改变了入射光的频率与羊毛纤维中结构基团的吸收率,从而通过观测可发现正常的白色羊毛纤维显示不出颜色,有色毛则显示其本来具有色素的颜色,有髓毛则显示出乳白色,可直观、容易地鉴别有色和有髓羊毛纤维。Coloured wool fiber and medullated wool fiber can be found easily under a special instrument. The test method of detecting colored wool fiber and medullated wool fiber makes use of the optical character of wool fiber, While samples in a solvent with the same refractive index as wool, colored wool fiber and medullated wool fiber can be identified and counted. The instrument contains adustable dual light sources, a suitable magnifying lens, white and black background.
