摘　　要：对于电子合同签字时的安全问题,提出了一种电子印章的解决方案。它采用PKI/CA和序列号等方法综合了数字签字的安全性和电子印章的形象性。分析和验证了该电子印章的安全性和可靠性。The paper presents the solution of the electronic seal in electronic contract signature .The system uses PKI/CA and serial number method and can fuse the direct-vision of electronic seal system with security of digital signature. It analyzes and verifies the security and reliability of the electronic seal.
