摘　　要：本文有两个目的,一、讨论框架语义学,包括它和相关理论模式的异同、框架的不同级阶。二、基于词汇语义框架及其和小句论元结构的关系,从语言系统可操作性的角度出发,提出可实施认知操作的小句概念框架。This paper has two purposes. First, it discusses Frame Semantics, including its similarity to and difference from other related theoretical models, various levels of frames, and its application within cognitive engineering. Second, based on the semantic frames and their relation with argument structures of clauses, within the perspective of the operational properties of the linguistic system, it proposes the conceptual frames with operational plausibility.
