摘　　要：本文首先介绍了七号信令网的发展方向,并对3G网络中的信令进行了分析,由此引出IP信令网的概念。之后对IP信令网的协议及目标网结构进行了阐述,并结合中国移动现有信令网的情况,提出了IP信令网的引入方案。First of all, this article introduces the development direction of the No.7 signalling network, analyzes the signalling in the 3G network and further fetches out the definition of the IP signalling network. Secondly, it states the protocol of IP signalling network and the structure of the target network. Integrating the current status of the signalling network of the China mobile, it raises the primary project of IP signalling network. Last, it compares and explains the current No.7 signalling network and IP signalling network in a simple way.
