摘 要:目的研究配伍对石膏溶出量的影响,探讨麻杏石甘汤的配伍规律。方法采用L(827)正交设计,用EDTA络合测定法测定硫酸钙的含量。结果麻黄、杏仁和甘草对方中石膏溶出量的影响差异不存在显著性,杏仁与甘草、杏仁与麻黄、甘草与麻黄对石膏溶出含量影响交互作用不显著。结论杏仁、麻黄增加了石膏的溶出量,甘草降低石膏的溶出量。Objective To study the influence of different compatibility on the contents of gypsum dissolution and to explore the compatible regularity of "Maxing Shigan Decoction". Methods Eight decoctions with gypsum were prepared and analysed by L8 (27) orthogonal design and the contents of calcium sulphate were determined by EDTA titration. Results Influences of Herba Ephedrae,Semen Armeniacae Amarum and Radix Glycyrrhizae on the contents of gypsum dissolution were insignificant, and the interactions between two of three is insignificant too. Conclusion The contents of gypsum dissolution in decoctions were increased by Herba Ephedrae and Semen Armeniacae Amarum, and reduced by Radix Glycyrrhizae.
