经尿道前列腺电汽化术中体温与中心静脉压的变化

摘　　要：目的 观察经尿道前列腺电汽化术（TUVP）过程中体温、中心静脉压（CVP）在时间上的变化。方法 80例会阴区手术的患者（60例TUVP与20例会阴区手术）连续采集术中患者体温（鼻腔温度，T）与CVP（右颈内静脉），5min／次记录数据并绘制图表。结果 观察组中心静脉压与时间成正比（时间越长增加的幅度越大），鼻温与时间成反比（时间越长温度下降越多）P〈0．01。对照组光明显变化，P〉0．05。结论 TUVP术中患者中心静脉压与体温变化较大，需加大术中的麻醉管理力度，减少应急事件的发生，使患者安全度过围术期。Objective course of TUVP. Methods with time of temperature central venous pressur（cvp） in the Eighty eases of perineum zone operation patients （60 cases of TUVP and 20 cases of perineum zone operation） were watched temperature（ nostril temperature） and CVP（right internal jugular vein） consecutively. The datums were recorded every 5 minutes and drawed the chart. Results In observed group the change of central venous pressure and time was positive proportion （ the pressure would increase if time was long）. The change of nostril temperature and time was negative proportion （the temperature wouldl decrease if time was long）, P 〈0.01. In the contrd group there was no obviously change. Conclusion The paients of TUVP had a big change of CVP and temperature. Anesthesia administration should be strengtheved in order to reduce emergency incidents and make patients get through the operation period safely.
