摘 要:采用管式炉反应器考察了半焦、改性半焦存在的条件下富含CH4气体转化生成合成气的情况,结果表明,半焦进行碱性表面处理后,对CH4气体分解反应不利;H2对半焦的表面预处理不影响在800℃~1000℃内CHa的分解.通过热力学分析,认为改性半焦对CH4转化影响的原因如下:1)反应体系中存在生成CH4的副反应;2)改性半焦可能对生成CH4的副反应有催化作用.A tubular reactor has been used to study the conversion of the gas rich in CH4 to produce syngas holding with the char or modified char. The results show that modified char is adverse to the decomposition of CH4. During 800 ℃-1 000 ℃ ,the catalysis of modified char is obviously weaker than that of char for the decomposition of CH4. And H2 pretreating char surface before the experiment has no obviously influence on the decomposition of CH4 between 800℃- 1 000℃, the results of experiment show the conversions of CH4 are almost equal with the existence of char and char pretreated by H2. According to the thermodynamic analysis, the reasons of the effect of modified char on the decomposition of CH4 are as fgllows. 1) There are some side reactions producing CH4 during the reactions;2) Alkali metals may have catalysis for the side reactions producing CH4 from CO and H2.
