双列圆锥滚子轴承的压装过程分析

摘　　要：论文应用ANSYS有限元分析软件建立了双列圆锥滚子轴承压装过程的状态接触模型,并进行压装过程求解分析,得出计算结果并分析其规律。文章所得结论为不同参数对轴承压装的影响和对零件进行改进措施。In this paper, the contact model was established in the ANSYS software to simulate the process of pressing the double-row circular cone roller bearing, the model was solved by numerical method, obtained the computed result and analyzes its rule. The result can be used to estimate the influence of the different parameter of pressing bearing and the improvement measure to the parts.
