摘　　要：现代化汽车发动机装配线即能实现自动化生产,又能实现不同类型产品的装配。为了有效地管理整个装配过程,进行了汽车发动机装配线质量信息管理系统的研究与设计。并在此基础上,开发了基于W inCC的汽车发动机装配线监控系统和基于W eb的质量管理系统,在生产实践中证实了该系统的有效性。The modernization assembly line of automobile engine not only achieves automation production, but also achieves to assemble different kinds of product. In order to effectively mauage the process of assembly, the Quality Information Management System （QIMS） of Assembly Line of Automobile Engine is researched and designed. On the basis of the former work, Monitoring System of Assembly Line of Automobile Engine Based on WinCC and Quality M auagement System Based on Web are developed. In practice the validity of the QIMS is approved.
