摘  要:研究了微生物在染料废水脱色中的应用.从印染厂排污口的沉积物及处理废水的活性污泥中分离出多株菌种,通过驯化筛选出3株对染料有脱色作用的菌株,并探讨了各种因素对染料化合物脱色行为的影响.研究表明:培育菌种温度对B菌种为30℃,F菌种为35℃,pH值为7,葡萄糖的浓度为15g/L时微生物对染料的脱色效果较好.对酸性红B的脱色时间:F菌种在23h,B菌种在30h。The use of microbes in decolorization of dyeing wastewaters was studied. Several strains were sepd. from the sediments at the dyeing/printing plant effluent exits and the active mud for wastewater treatment, strains showing decolorization effect to dyes were selected through taming, and the influence of the different factors on decolorization to dye chemicals.The result show: Bacillus's breed temperature is 30℃ and 35 ℃ for B bacillus and F bacillus, respectively; pH for 7, glucose for 15 g/L, the efficiency of decoloration is the better. When decoloration time of F bacillus and B bacillus are 23 h and 30 h for acidity red B.
