男性海洛因依赖者注意力改变的研究

摘　　要：目的 了解男性海洛因依赖者（MPHD）注意力改变的特征及可能的相关因素。方法对140例MPHD进行划销测验和焦虑、抑郁等心理学评估，对75例健康对照者进行划销测验。结果 MPHD划销测验Ⅰ阶段、Ⅱ阶段、Ⅲ阶段、Ⅳ阶段净分及总净分均显著高于对照组。依次为：（52．59±10．72）分vs（58．30±7．95）分（P〈0．05）；（49．55±11．10）分vs（60．33±7．03）分（P〈0．01）；（25．66±6．76）分vs（33．28±5．71）分（P〈0．01）；（10．72±5．31）分V8（15．22±5．56）分（P〈0．01）；（161．65±32．76）分vs（194．45±26．52）分（P〈0．01）。年龄与划消测验各阶段净分及总净分呈负相关（r=-0．384，-0．410，-0．318，-0．358，-0．298，-0．458，P〈0．01）；受教育年限与划消测验各阶段净分及总净分呈正相关（r=0．161，0．186，0．157，0．223，0．213，0．243，P〈0．05或P〈0．01）；海洛因使用的多个指标与划销测验的多个指标呈负相关（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）；症状自评量表（SCL-90）总分、抑郁自评量表（SDS）及焦虑自评量表（SAS）总分与划销测验的多个指标呈负相关（P〈0．05或P（0．01）；年龄、SAS总分及受教育年限依次进入注意力影响因素的多元回归方程。结论 海洛因依赖者存在明显的注意力损害；年龄、受教育年限及负性情绪是海洛因依赖者注意力的重要影响因素。Objective To explore the attention characteristics in male patients with heroin dependence （MPHD） and to identify the related risk factors. Methods 140 MPHD and 75 healthy controls were tested the attention employing Cancellation Test （ CT）, and 140 MPHD were evaluated mental status employing self-rating depression scale （SDS） and self-rating anxiety scale （SAS）. Results The I, II, III, V stage and total net score of CT in MPHD were significantly lower than that in healthy controls （ P 〈 0.05 or P〈 0.01 ）. The ages correlated negatively, while the educated years correlated positively to majority of CT indexes reflecting attention （ P〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. The dosage per day, veinous injection use route,the number of previous heroin acute toxicosis and total score of SAS were significantly negatively correlated to some attention indicators（ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. The age, total scores of SAS and educational years enter the regression equation for attention in turn. Conclusions Patients with heroin dependence suffered from decreased attention. The age, educational years and negative mood were responsible for impaired attention in MPHD.
